You may return an item within the 14 day period after delivery. Please be advised, however, that the following item(s) cannot be returned: underwear/swimwear/masks due to hygiene reasons. Also personalised item(s) (e.g. altered) cannot be returned An item being returned must always be reported and sent in accordance with the returns procedure as otherwise the refund may be delayed. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
