Who We Are:
Master of the House is a General Contractor company licensed by the State of SC Labor, Licensing and Regulation Board. Master of the House was organized in 1993 by the Steve McKelvey Sr. family. We recognized Columbia's need for a professional, insured and trustworthy company qualilfied to satisfy the needs of homeowners and local companies desiring improvements, additions or repairs to their home or place of business.
Through the years Master of the House has established a reputation of honesty, reliability, trust, expertise, and reasonable pricing that surpasses it's competitors. Master of the House is one of the few companies in Columbia, S.C. who accomodates requests for small jobs as well as major construction.
Master of the House is not a franchise, but a company that is locally owned by members of your community and staffed by bonded, licensed and insured craftsmen.
